I am a professional harpist and teacher (with a little theatre job on the side) looking for a new place in SE London. I have fostered great friendships between myself and previous flatmates and love baking for people's birthdays. I would need somewhere where it is acceptable for me to practice between 9-22:00. This is generally only for a couple of hours per day and I have never had a compliant about my practice as it is relatively quiet compared to other instruments.
