Professional Male seeks a single or double room

Hi! I'm Dave and I'm hoping to move to Belfast.

Important: I'm in England at the moment and I'm coming over for viewings between the 28th of March and the 3rd of April.

A few things about me:

I work from home as an English teacher so I wouldn't be out of the house too much. I could also do with a good internet connection.

When I'm working the volume isn't much above conversation level so hopefully I shouldn't disturb anyone, I can change my schedule to fit around other if needed.

I'm very social, not much of a drinker but I love meeting new people. I'm mad about playing the banjo and love going to open mics and jamming with people. I'm really excited to join in a few sessions at the pubs. I have been to Belfast before and have a friend there so that's why I'd like to make the move.

I have ADHD which I'm medicated for, this shouldn't be a problem, though I do like to let people know.

I'm originally from Derby but spent a lot of time in Russia so my Russian isn't too bad. I also spent some time in Spain so my Spanish isn't too bad either. If that sounds good to you, please give me a shout!
