Looking for Accomodation

Hello, my name is Matthew, I am soon relocated to the Brighton area to manage the Decathlon (a large multinational sports retailer) Branch in Brighton. I would be working at least 5 days a week including some weekends and sailing when I can on weekends off. I do enjoy gaming but as myself and most of my friends are professionals usually finish by 10. I am fairly quiet although perfectly sociable. I do my upmost to keep shared areas clean and would expect the same from other occupiers. I don't smoke nor have pets but am happy to live with pets although would prefer non-smokers. I would like parking available but on-street is fine.
