Looking for room in warehouse

I'm David, 29. I work at a camera rental house near Stratford where we rent out equipment to film and TV productions, mon-fri 9-5.

I've been subletting in arena since new year's. I'm looking for a permanent room to settle into. The house vibe I'm after is one where everyone is friends and not just people who share a space. I'd like to be able to do things as a house like movie or dinner nights and going to parties together. Could be anything those are just examples. I'm also up to helping people out where I can along with any home improvement projects.

About me, I am usually climbing either bouldering or rope at mile end climbing wall during the week, at the weekend I like to go to parties, I'm mainly into techno and donk, I go to fold a lot but also like a random punk gig from time to time. I'm also into rugby, just went to eng v ire woman's 6 nations the other week. I started getting into jewellery making with jump rings but with subletting I haven't had the space so that's something I would want to get back into in your house.
