Looking for two rooms

Hi!

My name is Hamza Khan and I have been working as an Engineer in London for more than two years now. Currently living in Watford. However, I am moving to Manchester for my new job.

I am looking for two furnished rooms in the same property in Greater Manchester Area. starting from 01 October 2023.

One room for myself where I will live for at least one year. This room should be big enough to have space for an office desk and chair (To work from home). An Ensuite is preferred however other options are also fine. The budget is 650pcm including all bills.

Second room for my parents (A couple) who will be visiting the UK for 5-6 months. Therefore, this will be a 6-month contract. This room should be big enough to accommodate two people and should be an ensuite. The budget for this room is 800pcm including all bills.

The overall preference is for professional house tenants. The property should have a common sitting space/ lounge and kitchen. The property should be on a peaceful street away from traffic and close to nature. The shared Kitchen is fine.

If it's close to a park, gym and public transport that will be beneficial. I don't have a car now but I intend to have it in next 8 months.
