Seeking professional house share

Hi, I'm Fred, and I'm looking for a house share either in Bedminster/Southville or the centre. I do currently live in BS3 and have friends in the area, so want to stay within a reasonable distance, but that doesn't preclude me looking elsewhere, if the right place comes up.

Some of my interests are:
- climbing
- complaining about climbing injuries whilst ignoring my physiotherapist's recommendations
- the pub, festivals and the odd night out
- buying random tat I don't need from charity shops
- films and TV
- reading

I am clean and tidy and do enjoy my own space and privacy, but also happy reclined on a sofa with a film in the evening or out for drinks / a (bad) boogie at the weekend. That being said my years of late nights every weekend are definitely behind me, mostly I'm satisfied with a couple of pints and bed by midnight 😂 I'm vegan - no problem if you're not but would be cool to have people to share meals with on occasion, stuff like that, as well as hang out more generally. I'd really love to move somewhere with a homely vibe where people respect the space and share the cleaning.

I am looking for a double room big enough to fit a desk in, with parking available nearby, as minimum requirements. I would also love a place with multiple bathrooms (morning routine clashes are never pleasant!) and a garden. I am happy to sign a twelve month tenancy but six would be preferred. £800 ish budget (including all bills).

I do work from home Monday to Friday, 9-5, and would be occasionally commuting to Exeter for work (a few times a month), so WFH would need to be suitable with any prospective housemates. Although the bonus of that is you'll have very few missed deliveries!

In terms of move in dates I'm in no real rush - on a rolling contract in my current place but looking for somewhere more suitable so keen to find the right fit.

Finally I'm an intolerable lefty so I'd be keen to live with people politically like minded .
