Looking for a buddy to rent a home North Tyneside

I have just moved to Newcastle and am looking to buddy up with another girl and search for a well-presented, homely (2 bed) property to rent. I’m looking mainly in North Tyneside by the coast but would consider closer to the city. I need a large double room with a good sized wardrobe in an area that isn’t too loud. I do need space for a desk as I often WFH (or space in living room for one!) and I’m happy to do furnished or unfurnished. I want to make the place cosy and homely and have it really be ours! I need the place to be well-presented, functional and have parking (either on the street or a driveway). I work in the civil service as a Case Manager and I’m into yoga and mindfulness, cold water swimming, anything astrology related, cooking, reading and keeping fit. I am sociable and always happy to chat or go out for a coffee but I also love my alone time! I’m tidy and respectful and also generally a nice, caring person 😊 Please get in touch if you think you may be interested - would be great to meet up and have a coffee and chat and see if we vibe.
