Looking for a room/flat in New Hinksey or nearby

Hello everyone, I'm looking to rent a double room in New Hinksey or nearby (OX1) from 27th August, for a long term let.

Preferably a furnished room and also if it is possible ensuite would be great, and a shared bathroom with one another person is acceptable. The budget is £500-600 pm including bills and council tax.

I have a friend who is looking for a room too, we haven't decided to rent rooms together, but if we can find a 2 bedroom flat in this area, that would be great. The budget for the flat is £1400 pm including bills and council tax.

About me: I'm a 24-year-old girl, will graduate and start working this September as a landscape architect and I will stay in Oxford for more than 5 years. I'm very good at gardening and cooking, also like to share with others. I don’t smoke and I don't have any pets, but I'm a pet-friendly person. I am single and a quiet person who likes to keep the room tidy and clean.
