Looking for a social house / buddy up

Hi

I'm Sam, a 25 year old professional working as a transport planner in the rail industry and looking for a double room or to buddy up with 2 or 3 others to form a social and friendly house.

Looking for a social and friendly houseshare where people would be up for the occasional trip to the pub or a chilled evening in every so often whilst obviously giving each other space

I'm flexible on location but would like to be within easy reach of public transport as my office is in Waterloo. I'm after a double room, preferably with a desk as I tend to wfh roughly 1 - 2 days a week

I'm tidy, easy-going and always up for a trip to the pub or staying in and watching the latest thing on TV. I enjoy cooking/baking and watching plenty of sport - especially football, F1 and tennis. I also enjoy playing sport - hoping to take up tennis in the near future or maybe a martial art.
I’m also always keen to put my useless knowledge to the test in a good pub quiz

I can be really flexible with move in dates but ideally looking to move within the next couple of months.
