2 rooms wanted 💙

Myself and my friend Theo are 2 actors relocating to central London for a fresh start and to kickstart our acting careers. We are mainly looking at East-Central London (Dalston, Hackney, Islington, Whitechapel, Finsbury Park, Barbican, Shoreditch, Farringdon, Old Street, Moorgate etc!), looking for 2 separate rooms in a suitable house.

We are positive, social, very liberal friends who keep very clean, tidy environments and homes. We are reliable, trustworthy tenants/housemates/friends. We’re looking for not just a home but hopefully solid housemates to become friends with! We’re happy for quiet nights in, nights out at a pub/bars, dinner parties, games nights, walks, picnics, meals out, weekends away, trips to the theatre - pretty much anything! Being social/friends with our housemates is important, but we both also value and appreciate having down time alone and respecting quiet moments.

Due to our careers, we may need space/time to film self-tapes and you’ll hopefully hear a lot of line learning from time to time!

Budget is between 700 - 900 (ideally all in), either single or double rooms (neither of us are fussed).
Looking to move between 22nd May - 1st June, for ideally a year minimum. Not looking for short term sublets.
