Seeking room & home & buddyup with likeminded prof

Hi, I'm looking for somewhere to live for the near future. Can be flexible on timings but looking ideally for some point in the next few months

I'm a civil servant who is based in Coventry for work, but only in the office 2 days a week (rest from home). Quite flexible on location/ tenancy start date/ pricing where appropriate, but I'd rather be based in/around Birmingham - nearby to a train station would be handy for the commute if living on the outskirts though! Solihull would be ideal (and seem to be able to get nicer places with parking and outdoor space compared to city centre). Also would require a drive/somewhere safe preferably off road to keep my car. It would also be handy to have a space to work from home (perhaps a small box room or just a rather large double room). It would be ideal if there is an en-suite or a good balance of bathrooms, and I’m a big fan of a relaxing bath every now and again so it would be ideal if there is one accessible. Not too fussy on if it's furnished or not as I have a bulk of bedroom furniture in the garage to use (and also one of them blow up hot tubs if we'd have a garden). I would like the flexibility of being able to have friends come and visit and stay, so a house share with a strict requirement for no guests or visitors won’t suit me

I can be flexible budget wise, but preferably no more than 800-850 when all bills are considered.
I really do not want to live in a random house share with strangers that are not a fit for us! I want somewhere that feels nice and homely with very likeminded people, so landlords please do not message me offering me rooms in houseshares with like 40 year olds i do not want this! I’m also allergic to cats so preferably no cat owners :(

Let me know if any of this suits you and we could chat more! More than just a home/place to stay I'd like to live with likeminded people who could become good friends, who would be up for socialising etc too so that the place could feel homely and comfortable!
