I'm a 42y old single male, professional, looking for either: double room, single room, house share near Edinburgh North. I am a clean, tidy, considerate and reliable individual. I am Scottish, moved to Devon 5y ago but have returned home. I have a 12y old, male (neutered) border collie, he is fully house trained, extremely well behaved, and very friendly (although doesn't like the post man) lol. All aspects of his care are my responsibility, cleaning, walking etc. Character & landlord references available. Looking for 12 months rent or longer. Car park required. Intended move in date 1st Feb 26.
