Double room in SW London wanted✨

Hiya! I’m Britt and I’m looking for a spare double room in South West London. I’ve lived in London house-shares for almost 3 years now, so know the drill when it comes to paying bills and rent on time etc. I’ve lived in both Balham & Clapham, so would ideally love to find somewhere in these areas. I’m currently living in Clapham South, however my landlords unfortunately selling my flat, so I’m hoping to find a new room with a friendly vibe.

Just a little bit about me, I’m 25, non-smoker and have a budget of £1000 rent (could be more flexible for the right flat). I work in sustainability with a mix of working from home as well as in the office - usually 50/50 each week.

I’m sociable, easy going, and very clean/respectful to live with. I’m pretty chill in the week and love a good yoga class after work, but always up for a pub night as well as a movie night in/ ordering a takeaway 💕

On the weekend, I love exploring London, trying new brunch spots, pub trips, gigs, festivals, picnics, travelling, yoga, pilates & exhibitions. I’m not a party animal, but of course I enjoy going out for drinks with friends! Would love to become friends with my housemates💖💖, but overall hoping to find a house share who socialise with each other, and also have their own things going on. I’ve made some amazing friends through both of my experiences in spare room flats, so two success stories (moved out due to landlord selling both times).
