Looking for a spacious and en-suite room

Hello!

I’m a researcher at one of the big universities here in Newcastle and currently on the lookout for a spacious, en-suite room, preferably on the top-most floor of a house to rent within 3 miles of NE1.

I’m outgoing and tidy, generally focused on my career, hobbies and self care. I’m not a drinker but always looking to have fun in other ways. Looking to move in from early May.
