Prof female looking for a double room or buddy

Hi all, I’m Cecilia, (aka C or CC)

I am looking for a clean good sized (not a shoe box) double room in a 2/3 bed flat/house, OR a Studio/Bedsit /loft room. Zone 1-2-3. Natural sunlight, definitely no damp. A garden or balcony would be a bonus!

I wish to share with 1 other only. 2 at a push if the house is spacious.

I am friendly, very clean, tidy, and respectful. Mindful of others space and working hours.

I work full time in an office with 2 days wfh that are flexible.

I am a quiet person, especially during the week, as work is busy so takes priority (sadly), and I need to recharge. In the weekends I am out & about, mostly on my bike, enjoying London.
I don't make loud noises, nor do I slam doors or play loud music! I am peaceful. My current housemate calls me a church mouse 😊 . I love animals, esp cats and I love plants.
I really enjoy cooking healthy easy meals. I am more vegetarian than not! Only eating the v odd bit of seafood. I get outdoors as much as I can & enjoy travelling.

I am environmentally aware so keen to live with others the same that recycle and care about the planet etc.
