Hey there! A young and friendly PhD student is looking for a cozy room in Central London!

My 3-year tenancy in a shared flat has just ended, and I’m now looking for a new place to call home—ideally a room in a 2–4 bedroom shared flat. A room with enough space for a large desk would be perfect! My budget is around £800–£1050 per month, including bills. I’m flexible with the move-in date — sooner is better.

A bit about me: I'm doing a PhD in Economics and Urban Studies. I’ve shared a flat for the past three years, so I’m an experienced and reliable tenant. I am clean, sociable, and respectful of others' space and routines. I enjoy good conversations but also value quiet time. I travel a lot and love discovering new corners of London on foot.
