Looking for a friendly house in Cardiff

I'm Steff, a 26 year old professional from North Wales working as a producer for a theatre company. I work mainly from home but don't work on Fridays and go into the office in Carmarthen once every 1-2 weeks.
I'm already living in Cardiff but looking for a new place in Canton, Riverside, Pontcanna or the Bay.
I'm organised and tidy, and always respectful of other people's space. My preference would be to live with friends, rather than just a flatmate, but like I say, always happy to give people their own space.
I enjoy going to the cinema and theatre, going running in the park, and always down for a pub quiz! I love going to concerts and going out for coffee and food as well.
I don't smoke or have any pets, and my budget range is between £550 - £750 but willing to go a bit over for the ideal place.
Would be great to move in May but there's no real rush on my end.
