Looking for a Double Room in a Sociable House

hi im erin!! I’m 29 and a knitwear designer. Im not in any rush to move and my current landlord is rly flexible with giving him notice, so ready whenever! :)

My budget is around £800 (£950 max with bills) but can be flexible.

i'm looking for a sociable house where we’re friends as well as house mates. I'm very sociable and usually out with friends at the weekends at the pub, cinema or going to an exhibition. i equally do value down time and i tend to be pretty tired during the week as i work quite long days! i'm not a super sporty person but i do enjoy running if anyone wants to join :) i really love cooking and love feeding people more so expect lots of dinners from me !!
