Young professional looking for en-suite double!

Hi! I’m Terence. I am a young professional working in construction consultancy. I am originally from Hong Kong, but I have split my time between the UK and HK.

For the past 3 years I have been living in East London and am now looking for a change of scenery. I’m flexible in terms of location, but I would prefer SW, W or NW London. I'm looking for an en-suite double room (or studio) and I will be available to move anytime in July. My budget is ~£1250pcm including bills.

I am quite a sociable person but defo need my own space and alone time too. I currently work in the office 5 days a week and I’m often out and about on the weekends so I will be out of the house quite a lot. I would love to have a home that feels relaxing and homely, where I can switch off and unwind. To the despair of my friends, I am a nights in person so if you’re looking for a quiet, chill housemate to watch TV or play board games with, etc, I might be a good match!

During my free time, I like to play video games, I love music and concerts and also a big fan of sports (football, basketball, obscure Olympic events). I also (try to) stay active by going to the gym and for the odd run. I’m a big fan of spin classes and will probably try to entice you with a Taylor Swift ride at Soulcycle.
