I am looking for a quiet, self-contained studio or 1-bedroom flat (not a room in a shared house) in a calm, residential area of Glasgow or nearby suburbs.
Key requirements for me:
Self-contained (own kitchen and bathroom)
Quiet location with low noise levels
Good access to transport links and nearby GP/pharmacy
Long-term let preferred
I am a long-term UK resident with a clean rental history. I have always paid rent on time and in full. I am currently on a planned break from work due to health reasons, but have substantial savings and can pay several months’ rent in advance if needed.
