👩🏻‍🦰 I’m a 26 yo professional Spanish woman who works full time as a scientist (with option to WFH once per week).

🎨 During the week I enjoy going to the gym after work, so I really appreciate coming back home and relax after a long day of work. But I also love talking with my flatmates about our day and sharing our problems and accomplishments, I want to make a home out of a house. On the weekends I enjoy planning different and new activies (galleries, museums, parks...), as London has a lot to offer :)

📍 I’d like to live in a 2-bedroom flat within max 30min bus from Old Street Station. Neighborhoods I like: Angel, Shoreditch, Farringdon, Islington, Holloway, Spitalfields, Hoxton, Dalston.

💸 My budget is £1200 if I can walk to work or 1000-ish if I need to take the bus (excluding bills). I’m available to move in ASAP (before 1st September) as long as I give 1 month notice!

✨ I consider myself as a clean, tidy and cheerful person and I'm looking for someone considerate, honest and respectful, that contributes to keep the space we share clean and tranquil. I don't smoke and would appreciate to keep our flat smoke-free. I prefer to keep my social life outside the flat so that we don’t disturb each other’s peace and will also appreciate that from you. I will be happy to do things together, but I’m also respectful of your “me” time :)
