41 YO Software Engineer seeking 1-2 month let
I am a 41-year-old Software Engineer currently commuting from Ballymena to my office in River House on High St, and I would like to cut the commute and invest the money into a nice home closer to the city.
I will be migrating to Japan in January/February next year to join my Japanese wife and daughter (a thumbs up on the tidiness factor thanks to my wife), and I wanted to spend a bit more time in the city before I leave, so your place is ideal.
Please let me know if you have a room available at the moment. I would be available to move in around 01/12 to keep things as straightforward as possible.
