Room to rent wanted

I am looking for a room to rent where I can stay on a part-time basis but also keep my belongings ect. there on a full time basis. I am a student and I also do a little bit of travelling so won’t always be around.

I am exceptionally tidy and clean and very quiet and almost always busy so when I am around it will most likely only be to sleep.

I get on with everyone and I am super easy going and just love a simple, easy life! I basically just need somewhere to live as a base while I am studying! 😄

Please note, I do have have two incredibly well trained and well behaved dogs, who come everywhere with me and would never be left home alone or without me at any given time. They are great with people and other dogs, they are both very calm and well mannered. I understand this won’t be suitable for everyone, however I will rarely be in the home and if I am it will be mainly through the night and I can assure the dogs will be no disturbance. I am Impeccably clean and they are kept immaculately clean at all times including any areas in which I have them. I Hoover and clean vigorously and no home I have ever lived in with them has ever smelt or had any trace of a dog even being present. I can also provide references on their behalf as assurance of this alongside an additional deposit ☺️
