Hi, I'm Charlie. My pooch and I are looking for a new home with a garden and preferably lots of places to walk and explore! We love where we live now and was hoping to stay here long term, but our live-in landlords are selling up to travel the world (they can provide good references).

About Charlie: I'm a creature of habit, I love a routine. I work in Shipley 9.30-5pm. I mostly enjoy my own company but would also like to live with people that I can be friends with as this just makes the whole experience much nicer. I'm hoping to find somewhere to live long term as I've had a hectic few years (like most) involving an unfortunate number moves. I spend most of my free time with my pooch, we like to go on long walks and do lots of training together, but when I'm not doing that I enjoy bouldering, reading, board games, and crafting!

About Red (the pooch): Red is a wonderful German Shepherd Dog. She'll be 3 years old this August and is my pride and joy. She's very well trained as we've been in rental properties since she was 6 months old. She is house trained and very relaxed. She enjoys cuddles, playing tug of war, and exploring.

Room/house type: Ideally a double room, with enough space for Red to sleep in there with me, and preferably a garden as Red loves being outdoors.

Budget: My budget is maximum of £550 (bills included)

Location: Close to public transport for work, plenty of places to go on dog walks, somewhere between Shipley and Leeds City Center would be ideal.
