Paramedic looking for a room or house share.

Hello,

My name is Richard but feel free to call me Rich, Ric, or even Ricky! i am looking for room to rent or find someone who is also looking to rent a property together.

I am a 32 year old male originally from the Isle of Wight. I moved up here 3 years ago to work for the NEAS as a Paramedic. I am therefore HCPC registered and DBS background checked.

i work out of Morpeth Ambulance station and am looking for a property within commuting distance, but happy to go further afield for the right property.

I am friendly, calm, and considerate person, who likes to socialise but understands the need to have your own space.
I enjoy running, hiking, and tabletop gaming, in particular board games. I am very easy going and chilled person that enjoys a nice relaxed environment, but also enjoys company and chatting. I often go hiking up in northumbria and the lake district which you are more than welcome to join me on.

I am looking for housemates who are friendly and considerate. I like to keep things clean and tidy and expect you to do the same (though I understand those busy times!). Im a pretty chilled guy, little phases me, and im very easy to get long. I do not mind age or gender, but someone near my age, with similar interests, would be a bonus.
