Looking for a third/fourth housemate

We’re looking to rent a three/four bed around Clapham area (get so much more for your money than a two bed!). We’re from London and Manchester. Both chilled, tidy, sporty and keen to spend a few nights a week in the pub.
We’re looking to move end of Feb / start of March and very keen to start getting some viewings in.
