Looking for a flat preferably. I’m a none smoker, no drug addictions or drinking problems. A 2 bed flat would be amazing as I have a daughter but a one bed is fine (does not have to be furnished at all!) I’m a Professional bricklayer/roofer and own a genuine business “C dalton roofing and brickwork” (portfolio since 2014) I could give free roof surveys to any of your properties I can fix any roofing issue if you provide material just if you’ll give me the opportunity of a place to live. don’t need space for tools there stored at my yard but I do need a place to park my vehicle overnight. I’m a quiet person and keep myself to myself, very clean and tidy, very hygienic, Very handy at diy! References available, proof of income available. Bond waiting right now
