Room wanted in London for Music Student
Hi, I'm looking for a room (ideally double and preferably en-suite) to rent in London (preferably Zone 1 or Zone 2). I'll be starting my postgraduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music in September so am looking to move in anytime from around mid-August. My budget is around £600 - £650 (without bills included) to £700 - £750 (with bills included).
I'll be travelling into Marylebone/ Baker Street so anywhere within a 20/30-minute commute would be ideal or anywhere around Regents Park/ Primrose Hill.
I am a classical singer and have recently been working for a year as a full-time singing teacher. I will have facilities I will be able to practise in, however, if I were able to practise in my room (during reasonable hours) that would be amazing!
I enjoy running, reading, walking and drinking copious amounts of coffee! I am a clean and tidy flatmate who is very considerate of the people I live with.
