2 bedroom property wanted

Hey, guys! Kamila here 🙋‍♀️
I am brazilian-italian, 39yo PE teacher, who has a career break due to be able to look after my 1yo baby.
I am looking for a 2 bedroom property from mid/end may for myself, my baby who is now over 1yo and my friend Mantas, from Lithuania (the guy in the pictures trying to steal my baby 🤣).

We don't really mind much about the area, but would rather somewhere zone 2 or 3, with good transport links.
It would be perfect if we could rent straight from landlord. We both have very good relationship with all our past landlords and we would like to keep it like this.
Ideally 6 months contract and then on going.
We would look after your house like it was our own 🫶
Mantas smokes, but never indoors.
We are super clean and caring with properties we have lived before.

Our budget is up to £1700pm (open to discuss this too).
I am visiting family overseas and not in uk right now, but i am available to online viewings and chat if it is ok for you. Mantas can schedule viewings with you.
