URGENT Room to let wanted (before 8/9/23)

Hi there!

I am urgently requiring a room to rent in Winchester area as I need to move by the 10th September.

Ideally I would like a double room with an ensuite or a self contained studio however I am open to all options.

My name is Naomi and I'm a 27-year-old recent graduate with a degree in Education: Special Education Needs and Inclusion. I'm excited to continue my studies and am starting my PGCE at University of Winchester this September.

I'm looking for a room or property to rent that will offer peace and quiet to study during the week, as I'll be on educational placements or at university Monday through Friday. Additionally, I have an assistance dog who is a miniature goldendoodle.

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and would love to have access to a garden. I'm a responsible and respectful tenant who is looking for a clean and comfortable living space that will help me focus on my studies.
