53 year old Male seeks a double room
I am a male aged 53 looking for a double room. I am available to move 2weeks after I look at a property as I have to give 2 weeks notice for the property i am in at the moment. I am looking for a landlord that will accept universal credit to begin with untill I find employment which i will be looking for straight away. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 99 years old. I am a clean and tidy person and quiet which my prior landlord can vouch for. The room I'm in now I have been renting for 11 months so far.
