I’m easy going professional, educated, clean tidy and friendly guy.

Id love to find a nice room with friendly, and easygoing people that are respectful clean and nice.
I don’t mind the occasional catch up and maybe dinners with my housemates but also highly respect the privacy.
I work and study atm. 40% from home and usually I spend 2/3 nights at my friends place in Southfield especially from Friday - Sunday / Monday so not home a lot.

I wouldn’t bother you most of the time as I’d like to give you your own space, but definitely up for the occasional hangouts or sharing a meal or just chill watching TV or sports together with a nice chit chat along the way.

I respect privacy very much and I would want that in return, I would also like to offer you help around the house if needed.
