Looking for a nice SW/SE Home

My name is Josh, just turned 36, living in Balham currently. I work in Commercial Finance for a large hospitality company, in a hybrid role working between multiple offices in Zone 1-2, with at most 2 days WFH a week.

Ideally looking a good sized double room, with an En-suite, with space to move about in. It gives me the opportunity to have a mixture of my own space, but also time to socialise with the rest of the house. I'm looking for a home whereby we can spend time together - from a quiet night in with a bit of cooking/series binge watching to enjoying a good pub quiz or heading to try a new restaurant - but also have our own lives too.

A little bit about me:

- I spend most weekends socialising with friends or family normally, with a mixture of getting out and about, exercising, exploring new areas or heading to new food spots.
- I’m trying to get into my cooking a lot more so more than happy to try some meals out once I’m confident!
- Slowly getting back into my fitness so hoping to be properly mobile again by this spring, cycling into work when I can.

My current tenancy has a break clause in it, which is activated on the 19th of June so I would be free to move in from the 20th onwards.
