Hi there.
I am looking for a long term living space just for myself in Harrow/Pinner/Uxbridge Road area or nearby (ideally, in Hatch End). I've been renting in one singe place in Hatch End for the last 12 years (reference available upon request). Employed in same place for the same period of time.
Friendly, tidy, conservative person valuing respectful and predictable relations with surrounding people.
I don't like moving there and back, therefore looking for a reasonable long term tenancy.
