Double room in or around the city centre wanted

Hi,

I’m 26 and working full-time in Manchester Centre. I work Monday to Friday and tend to be in the office two to three times a week, working from home the other days.

I’ve lived in Manchester for about 8 years, most of the time around town, and I’d preferably like to move into a spacious flat with a balcony.

I’d like to either:
- live in Ancoats/NQ area
- be within a 10-minute walk of a tram stop and no more than a 35-minute commute to St Peter’s sq.

I co-parent my dog so she would only be with me some of the time. She is potty trained and very clean. She likely wouldn’t ever be at home without me being there, it would be nice to live with someone who wouldn’t mind her coming over.
I enjoy going out for food and going to the pub :) I like living in a clean and tidy space and I’m very accustomed to cleaning up after myself and living with others.
Looking for 700 PCM rent plus bills and council tax band C highest. Not fussed about furnished or unfurnished.
