Couple in need of a Double Room

Been given a months notice to move out of current place due to our landlord not being able to afford the property any longer.
My partner and I are both working at the Oxford city centre, my partner works full time and I work part time as I soon will be going back to studying as of September. In turn, I won’t be living in the property during term time so it would mainly be just partner during September 2024 and September 2025, I will be back during holiday periods however.
We aren’t around much since we work full days and are very respectful tenants (can provide landlords reference if wanted). We’d preferably need quite a large room to fit my desk and our clothes rail of suits (we work in suit retail), but that is all we really require.

Any help would honestly be greatly appreciated, this is a very stressful situation for us given how little time we have.
