Short-term room let

I am a 33y. o. working professional holding down a decent job in the renewables industry. I am currently in a short term lease in Stockbridge, but I am looking for a well-proportioned , bright room. I am not desperate to move out of my current place, so I am willing to wait for the right place. I generally try to work from the office nowadays (20 mins from your place to Princes Street), but also occasionally work from home if more convenient.

I am very easy going, but also a clean team player when it comes to house work. I can get on/live with most people, but am at my best around people I get on with.

I am a reasonable cook - I mostly eat veggie, but sometimes (rarely) cook fish/seafood. Absolute non-judgemental about other people's choices and would expect the same in return. I am interested in a bunch of things, but at the moment I am enjoying playing my guitar (at flatmate appropriate volumes), board games and swimming in my spare time.

I love to host friends, boardgames nights, dinner parties and parties and am good with new company. Equally, I enjoy my own company, space and thoughts often/occassionally.

My politics are inclusive and liberal, but too lazy to be active or radical

I have not yet handed in the notice on my current lease - I believe month, depending if I can get somebody else in on time, but am willing to discuss to secure the place if it suits you and me and I can have a look around. To be clear, if it was a good match, I would consider suffering on double rent for a couple of weeks.
