Clean and tidy. Open to buddy up with people with good hygiene standards who know how to clean and leave the place tidy. I like socializing (chat, coffee, visiting museums and galleries, exercising outside, long walks) but also need private quite time. Prefer no missmatching furniture. Bed and mattress quality are important. Would love to find somewhere where it feels like home rather than living with strangers. A terrace or a garden would be a bonus. It would be good to find somebody for a round of tennis.
