Open to buddy ups

Looking to buddy up with people (not more than 2 in a household, but ideally 2b2b) with good hygiene standards who know how to clean and leave the place tidy. I would like to find someone mature and respectful. I like socializing (chat, coffee, visiting museums and galleries, exercising outside, long walks) but also need private quite time. Would love to find somewhere where it feels like home and relaxing environment rather than living with strangers. SW London would be preferred area. A terrace or a garden would be a bonus for morning coffee or evening drink when weather permits.
