29yo professional - open to buddying up

Marketing Manager at Uni of Sussex, 29 yo, looking for a double room that is spacious, ensuite and has plenty of light and air. House has to have modern furnishings.

I will be working 1 day a week in Brighton and the rest from home. I’m a social person, and very friendly. I love hosting my friends for dinners and netflix sometimes and would love it if my flatmates and friends get along. I get along with people very easily myself 🙂 But rest assured, I make sure that my flatmates are not disturbed at any cost. I believe in open communication.

I love board games, am super into painting and art, watching series and music. I cook most of the time (I used to be a professional chef at Dishoom for 1.5 years) and love to cook for people (i. e. flatmates, friends).

I do also enjoy my own me-time. I love to read and just chill around. I run sometimes. I think what’s important to me is an aesthetic/cozy looking house that makes me want to return to it at the end of the day, if you know what I mean. I’m also quite easy-going and can provide lovely references from my past flatmates/landlords.
