Hi,

I'm a 32 yo Frenchman looking for affordable room in quiet, leafy neighbourhood.

Move in time mid to end of September.

I work in financial tech. My office is in the city centre but I also work from home so I'm looking for a room big enough for a desk.

I'm looking for a small house share (max 3-4 people) with respectful, responsible housemates (similar work schedules would be preferable).
I'm sociable and I enjoy nights out, but I also like quiet weekends, cultural activities (gigs, theatre, museum, art...) keeping fit and day trips out of London.
I'm also hoping to find a good balance between city life and closeness to nature.
And, I have common sense and consider myself a good housemate.
