26yr old looking for a room

Hello I’m looking for a room 21 March move in date. Ideally looking for a tidy, respectful flat with someone who’s Independent but also likes to do the occasional social night as a flat. Looking for a friend aswell as a roommate to live with. Budget is around £900 with bills.

I work full time as an account manager, 2 days WFH and 3 in the office. So I’m away most of the week with some occasional travel. I like the Gym, football (City fan), socialing, music gigs, getting more into reading and painting, a trip to the pub and relaxed nights in.

Not a smoker, don’t mind if you do but indoors is a deal breaker.

Overall easy to live with, happy to meet for a coffee before deciding. Message me if you’re interested or similar.
