Looking for a room for WFH setup

I am a 24 professional male working remote currently as a data analyst. I am currently look for options that would have an ideal work from home space , good kitchen space and good distance from amenities
. ideal move in date would be after 11th of June, I do have to give a months notice to move into a new pace but can discuss that part. Looking to spend around 550-700PCM. A bit about me, like a drink but not a big drinker, much prefer going gym, playing football or going out to a show, I’m ideally looking for a chill space, you do you and I will do me, let’s just keep it clean though.
