Looking for a single/double room

Hello,

I am looking to buddy up with someone (no men) to find a flat/house in Bristol. My preferred areas would be Montpelier, Easton, St. George, Fishponds, St. Werburghs and similar.

I am looking for someone who:
- leaves shared spaces as clean as they found them
- would be respectful that I sleep at 10pm
- is rarely having people over
- likes their own space

While I would like us to have a positive relationship, I am looking for a housemate, not a friend, my house is a place where I want to wind down from social situations, so not looking to be spending time together apart from the occasional chat.

If we do start looking for a place together, I would want to give my current housemates at least a month and a half notice so they can find a replacement. My reason for wanting to move out is because the house is not clean, my private things are being used without my permission and there is a lot of noise at night, so I would really like someone who would actually respect the requirements listed above.

(I know the add is showing UWE Bristol, but I am not a student anymore, I work in education, this app only lets me edit an older ad and there is no way for me to get rid of it)
