In search of a long-term rental for mature female

Hello!

I am a 34-year-old female professional with 9 years of experience as a brand marketing strategist. I am now changing career paths and am heading back to uni for one year to pursue my master's in business sustainability. Thus, I am in need of long-term housing in York.

I am in search of furnished housing that is within a 3-mile bike ride to campus. I am open to an entire house/cottage/flat/apartment or room in a place with one to three other professionals or students in their 30s. I would prefer that bills are included in the monthly rental cost.

About Me:
I am a very friendly, respectful, kind, laid-back and clean individual. I live an active lifestyle and spend the majority of my free time outdoors, working out, and exploring. I am not a partier and do not smoke or do drugs

I am hoping to find friendly and educated professionals or studious postgraduates to live with. While I respect one's alone time, it would be nice to have a good conversation on occasion. As a huge animal lover, I am open to living with dogs and the larger the better! :)
