Downsizing from 3 bedroom flat after children left home. Rented for 20 years and have lived in 2 properties, the flat I'm in now for 14 years. Looking for long term let for the right place. Happy to provide references from landlord/agent.

Work full time civil services 2 days from home, 3 days in office and have a weekend job. Travel to work by train and tram. Need enough space for a desk and somewhere to park the car.

I like to cook and would like enough space in the kitchen cupboards and fridge. Would like the rent to be £450 or below but will consider up to £500.
