Property for myself or buddy ups

I’m currently exploring options; not in a rush to move.

I’m a full-time professional working in Solihull. I value a quiet and relaxed home environment. I like having my own space and tend to keep to myself most of the time - you’d probably only see my shadow. That said, I’m always open to socialising occasionally.

I’m very respectful of others and their needs, and I’d expect the same in return. I’m also quite tidy and organised, so I’d like to share premises with someone who is also a full-time professional and appreciates a calm, clean, and well-kept living space. I wouldn’t be comfortable with someone messy or one with frequent parties or late-night gaming habits. I’m looking for a considerate household with similar routines and standards.

One thing to note - I ride a motorcycle, so access to a gated driveway, secure backyard, or garage would be a big advantage and something I’d prioritise.
