Looking for a flatmate to live in East London

About me

- I’m 31 and currently based in Bristol working in sustainability. I’ll be moving to London in August to start an MBA at London Business School.
- I’m into sport - mainly running, tennis, squash, golf, surf - and also enjoy community-style activities like saunas, gardening, and wild swimming.
- I have previously lived in London and have friends there, but I'm keen to build a community in Hackney e. g. through a run club.
- I also have a motorbike though I’m still deciding whether I’ll keep it when I move.

Flat preferences

- Ideally in Hackney (within a 5–10 minute run of Victoria Park), or around Stoke Newington / Newington Green
- Unfurnished - I have furniture suitable for a two-bed flat (sofa, dining table & chairs, kitchen equipment, etc.). I’ll also be bringing some houseplants 🌿

Flatmate preferences

- Ideally some shared interests (e. g. go for a run, play squash, watch a tv series)
- Enjoy the occasional evening hosting friends for dinner or a movie, but not a party house

I'm looking to find a housemate in April and find a flat to move into in July.
