Looking for friendly and calm house from May 2026

My name is Claudia/Claud.
I'm a 39 year old creative working full time in the NHS, looking for a calm and welcoming house to call home. Ideally in a smaller houses here and with people of a similar age/ living style. I'm fairly busy but would love somewhere to chill/ eat the odd shared meal and rest.
I'm recently (but always known) diagnosed Adhd with Asd and am pretty easy going but can be sensitive to noise/ loud music in the eve. So best not in a house that loves to krank the speakers

I'd love to garden again and am always up for learning new things so would be well suited to people of a similar ilk.

Partying days are gone and I'm an early riser so I would suit a calm but sociable house. Most of my hobbies are creative or active so would be amazing to share that with other

It would be great to live somewhere I could help decorate/ garden. Furnished would be ideal but large room as I have a fair bit of stuff
