Looking for Double Room in House Share

Hey, this place honestly looks perfect it's exactly what I'm looking for!!

I'm 26 just graduated a fine art degree and I have been working in a restaurant in shoreditch throughout my studies. I'm there full time now. I'm September I'm going to be doing a year course to become a qualified teacher.

I love where I live now but the rent increases are a bit too much. I'm used to living with housemates/ travelling and hostel life so I'm always tidy and respectful when it comes to shared areas.

I'm sociable but also respectful boundaries, I love cooking with a glass of wine when I have an evening off, painting, going to gigs and visiting local artist exhibitions
