Looking for a Flatmate to share a 2-bed flat!

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and considerate person to buddy up and rent a 2-bedroom flat with. Ideally someone who values both a clean, calm home and a good laugh.

Easy-going, sociable, and love a good balance between work and downtime.

I'm one of the few women who work in defence in my 9-5 and outside of that I'm an avid reader, enjoy music/concerts and partial to Netflix binge too 🙈😂

Enjoy a mix of chilled nights in and the occasional social outing.

🍂 What I’m hoping for in a flatmate:

Someone who knows the difference between tidy and clean but appreciates both!

Open communicator, appreciates both quiet time and good conversation.

Bonus if you’re up for being not just flatmates but friends too - someone I can spend the occasional weekend exploring London with!

🍂 flat requirements:

2 bed (& ideally 2 bath), living room, clean kitchen

Rent: ideally £1200 max per person

Available: Looking to move in 1st November +/- 15 days.
